The challenges of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI in connection with data are diverse and affect the entire data life cycle. At the Swiss Data Alliance panel discussion, we will take a look at the current situation with a special focus on the perspective of companies.

  • What data governance and data management requirements are necessary internally with regard to AI projects?

  • In which areas is AI currently being used and where is it planned to be used in the near future? What obstacles and restrictions are there on the company side?

  • Will the hype surrounding AI be followed by a "data winter" with hardly any freely available data sources, as Stefaan Verhulst, for example, fears?
